8 WAYS TO HELP YOU STAY PRODUCTIVE.
Hey there! I am Ashika Sharma and I am a lifestyle and a travel blogger.
To be honest we are all actually fed up of this quarantine. But as we can do nothing about this, here is how I try to stay productive during these tough times and how you can too.
1. Cleaning
No doubt a clean environment can automatically make you feel motivated and fresh. So cleaning is something I do on a daily basis.
2. Workout regularly.
Yes, work out ladies! Challenge yourself everyday to stay fit. Try new workouts( u can easily find one on youtube for free). I would recommend you guys to find one of Chloe thing's challenge on youtube and try it.
3. Keep a journal.
It would be really unfair if I didn't include journaling on my list. This is one of the best habits that you can develop this year. Journaling can feel actually refreshing especially if you love writing.
4. Learn a new language.
Because why not!!
5.Learn a new skill
Learn something new u were thinking about for a long time like knitting, painting, sketching or whatever you find interesting.
6. Stay in touch with your loved ones.
Stay socially active and stay in touch with your friends and family. In these lonely times talking with loved ones and realising how much they mean to you can actually keep you stress free.
7. Gardening
Well, if you are fortunate enough to have a backyard or even a small garden go and get your hands muddy. There can be nothing more peaceful than being with nature.
8. Just chill
It is totally fine to feel lazy and lay on your bed all day sometimes. It is OKAY to have a cheat day once and then. Just know this is a bad time and nothing remains forever.
